in order of preference, you can contact me via this website (coming soon), email, or the fediverse. i even got a facebook account, but only use it to stay in contact with my family, don't follow others' profiles, public groups, or check what's happening on my wall.
email always works, it's my prefered channel for electronic communication. phone calls often come at the wrong moment, interrupting whatever one does. chat messges aren't normally saved and not easily searchable. with email all participants can deal whenever it suits them and they are kept forever unless deleted.
as far as social networking goes, i use hubzilla, sort-of "swiss army knife" that communicates with practically all protocols that are used across the fediverse. it doesn't enforce artificial character-limits and can even be used to create web- and wiki pages if desired.
this is my profile on facebook, but as already mentioned, i don't use it to socialize. if you happen to have a FB account you can send me a chat message if you like. posts on my wall i probably won't notice.
